HAIR: Coarse, wavy - curly & frizzy damp hair, any length.
TOOLS: Blow dryer, diffuser.
INGREDIENTS: 1 Portion of Hair Master & 1-2 pumps of Hair Top Coat.
INSTRUCTIONS: Apply cocktail to damp hair; air, or diffuser dry. Gently work 2-4 additional pumps of Hair Top Coat to dry hair.
RESULT: Smooth, soft, shiny waves- curls with light hold and exceptional movement.
